One of the most convenient modes of transport for guests staying at a hotel near All Seasons building is the BTS Skytrain. According to the management of the transport, BTS Group Holding Plc, the revenue of the system might increase more than 200 per cent for their 2019 fiscal year. The operating revenues coverage started on April 1 of this year. The main driver for the increase of their revenue is the mass transit system operating in the city.

Aside from the big contribution of the mass transit business, the growth will also be because of the media company and the property arms which are under the same ownership. These two industries will help the recently launched mass transit lines under the BTS.

According to the estimate by the company, the 2018 fiscal year’s earning of the company which lasted until 31st of March reached a range of 10 to 13 billion baht. The figure is higher compared to the earnings in the previous fiscal year which is only 8.6 billion.

The mass transit system will see growth because of the revenue coming from the new lines constructed. The first one is the Min Buri to Khae Rai which is the Pink line and the Lat Phrao to Samrong which is the yellow line. These lines will be under the BTS and constructed in partnership with Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Plc and Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc. They have also purchased more trains to be used in the extensions of the Green Line along with the improvement of the Mo Chit going to Khu Khot extensions. These two are expected to gather a total income of 7.9 billion baht. The developments within the BTS are good for tourism and good news for guests at hotel near All Seasons building as the service will also be improved at the same time.
